Context
As companies are rethinking their working policies to give employees more flexibility and a hybrid work model, some challenges arise regarding how people connect, collaborate, and learn from each other while trying to lead a balanced life.
Being in the office may also be of particular importance for young workers entering the world of work for the first time, who may require additional support that only face-to-face interaction can provide.
