Verizon currently has a number of tools that help customer make better purchase decision for business internet products, including Loop Qual module, Speed Test, and Help Me Choose module.

A handy tool that tests internet upload and download speed 

Loop Qual

It checks if the internet plan is available at customer's business address

Help Me Choose

It recommends a suitable internet plan based on a short questionnaire 

Challenges

The user experience is compromised by key issues, including abrupt plan redirection, fragmented tool placement, and module accessibility issues, impacting overall user flow and experience coherence.
