Users can create hyper-personalized gift cards delivered by Astro or other voiceless characters, with customisation options for personalised messages to accompany the gift card.
With Generative AI, we will craft personalised messages ahead of time, ensuring they align with brand and title requirements. Additionally, we will employ AI to effectively match user-written messages with the pre-created content.
The cards will include AI-generated messages and images that have been pre-curated by PlayStation.
